About us and these terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. We may update these terms; the version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
Age and eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to use this store and buy our products.
- We may ask for proof of age before accepting or dispatching an order, and the courier may require an adult to sign on delivery.
- We only supply products where supply is lawful in the delivery country. We may refuse or cancel an order that we cannot lawfully fulfil, and we will refund any payment in full.
Markets and currency
We currently deliver to Australia and New Zealand. Orders delivered to Australia are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Orders delivered to New Zealand are charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
You can choose to view prices in another currency, such as USD. Those prices are for reference only. The total shown at checkout, in the currency of your delivery country, is the amount you are charged. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion fees.
Products and information
We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours, packaging and images may vary slightly from the product you receive. Flavour names describe taste only.
Products must be used as the manufacturer instructs. Keep them away from children and pets. Some products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance.
Prices and taxes
Prices include GST where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after we have sent an order confirmation.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the products. An order confirmation means we have received your order, not that it has been accepted or paid.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, age cannot be verified or supply is not lawful. If we do, we will tell you and refund any amount you have paid.
Payment
Online payment is not available yet. When it is, you will pay through our payment provider at checkout. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is delivered. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help.
Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
New Zealand: Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply to every purchase and are not limited by these terms.
Change-of-mind returns: To be confirmed: return window and conditions. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are not accepted for a change of mind.
To start a return or report a faulty product, email store@most.com with your order number and a description or photo of the problem. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity in your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or to buy on behalf of someone underage.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law implies a guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited only as far as that law permits. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

These terms are governed by To be confirmed: governing law for each market. If you have a problem with an order, contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly. You may also contact your local consumer protection agency.
